Woke Up in Vegas, flew to Salt Lake City, picked up truck and camper, and now we're in Moab!
234 miles, and just a hint of dried coolant on the water pump.
Trip here wasn't too bad, but getting to the top of Soldier Summit was working the truck pretty hard. 7,440' elevation.
Trans got up to 195 degrees for much of the ride. Outside temp was 103...
We're at portal RV Resort in Moab, nice part, but they put us in a horrible spot. Far too tight for our slide outs and decks. We checked in after hours, there's nobody we can talk to about moving until tomorrow.
For now the kids are in the pool, and the mosquitoes are out in force.
